Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders over $200 may qualify for same-day processing and shipping.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS and UPS. Available shipping options at checkout:

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
