1. Agreement to terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of serapeptides.com and any purchase you make from Sera Peptides Holdings LLC ("Sera Peptides", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase our products. By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 or older and legally capable of entering a binding contract;
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or similar entity;
• You will use the products solely for legitimate in-vitro laboratory research;
• You will not administer, or permit the administration of, any product to humans or animals;
• You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including those governing the purchase, import, possession, handling, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Research use only

Every product we sell is supplied for laboratory research purposes only. None has been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for any therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or nutritional use.

No statement made on this site, in any product listing, in any documentation, or by any representative of Sera Peptides is intended to describe, suggest, imply, or endorse any use in humans or animals. We do not provide, and cannot provide, guidance on selection, protocols, dosing, routes of administration, or any application involving a living organism. Requests for such guidance will be declined.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased, and for ensuring that all persons handling it are appropriately trained and qualified.

4. Products, descriptions, and availability

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately, including compound identity, stated mass, and analytical documentation where available. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Product images are representative. Labels, packaging, and vial presentation may vary between lots.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe an order is inconsistent with research use.

5. Analytical documentation

Where a Certificate of Analysis is published for a lot, it reflects the results of testing performed on a sample of that lot by the issuing laboratory on the date shown, and applies to that lot only. It is not a representation about any other lot, and it is not a statement about safety, efficacy, or fitness for any purpose.

Analytical results are provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any material for your intended research application.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, even after an order confirmation has been issued. Where an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

We dispatch from within the United States. Shipping options, rates, and available destinations are shown at checkout. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, by incorrect address information supplied by you, or by customs authorities.

For international orders, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for compliance with your local import laws, and for any duties, taxes, or fees. We are not responsible for shipments seized, detained, or refused entry by customs.

8. Returns and refunds

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions cannot be verified once they leave our custody, we cannot accept returns of opened, unsealed, or previously delivered product.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the packaging and contents. Where a claim is substantiated we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or a refund.

Orders may be amended or cancelled before dispatch. Once a parcel has been tendered to the carrier it cannot be recalled.

9. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Purchase, resell, or distribute our products for human or veterinary consumption or administration;
• Resell or relabel our products in a manner that misrepresents their intended use or origin;
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or intended use when placing an order.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, and terminate access to any person we reasonably believe has violated these terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will meet your requirements or produce any particular result in your research.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sera Peptides Holdings LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any product or these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sera Peptides Holdings LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use or misuse of any product; your breach of these terms; your violation of any law or regulation; or any injury, loss, or damage resulting from administration of any product to a human or animal.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and page layout, is the property of Sera Peptides Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

14. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, including laboratory accreditation directories. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

15. Governing law and disputes
